Girls' Basketball Camp

During this week, the girls' basketball team flew to Anchorage to attend NBC basketball camp. 10 students and one chaperone flew in for the week, staying at the Alaska Pacific University dorms and playing games at UAA. They played several games each day and attended practices and clinics, keeping them occupied from 8am to 11pm.
The students were provided with a coach. Coach Perry taught them a lot about the game and coached them against teams from all across the state. Tuluksak was the only village representing the region. They had the opportunity to play against 4A state champions Wasilla and Juneau. Hopefully this experience will help lead them to state next year!
