"When I was helping for the staff/teacher dinner, we cooked alot of delicious food. We cooked chicken wings, cookies, bread, ribs, and fruit salad.
I learned how to spread 2 different flavorings on the chicken. One was the 2 different kinds of cheese and the other one had tabasco, salsa, salt and pepper.
I wanted to help because I knew there was alot of food to dish and serve. I also wanted to help because I wanted to learn how to cook different kinds of food. I had alot of fun."
The dinner was a big success. The staff seemed to love the food. We presented our principal/head chef, Mr. Jackson, with a quilt the school had made for him. We all left with full stomachs and high spirits.
